If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and is within our 10 day return period, you can place a return request by mailing us at elleivry@gmail.com with subject ‘Return Request’.
We offer exchange and store credit in case you receive a damaged product, in case of a size issue or for any other reason.You can either self-ship the product to us or 175 rupees will be deducted from the store credit for shipping charges of return order.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm the same. Our backend team will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return, and you’ll receive the tracking ID via email.
Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the order.
Shipping and delivery estimates:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be delivered within 7-10 business days across India.
In case you want an urgent delivery of an order, please let us know and we’ll try our best to make it possible!
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In case of a damaged product or size issue, your refund will be credited in the store credit which you can use in a year
